Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible so that you can begin to wear it and become "Eye Candy Envy."  We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.  Based on the tracking information provided, you will then use your USPS tracking number at www.usps.com or your UPS tracking at www.ups.com after 24 hours to track your delivery status.  Your contact information must be correct to provide this information.  To ensure a successful error free transaction, please double check your email, mailing address, contact phone number, and delivery instructions prior to hitting submit or immediately follow-up with an email to info@icandynv.com once an error is identified.

Please allow 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) for orders to be completed.  Once completed, customers will receive notification of tracking information via email. Once a package is shipped, Eye Candy Envy dba as icandynv assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.  Once you have received the tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment should be handled by contacting the United States Postal Service www.usps.com or 1-800-275-8777 or if you receive a tracking for UPS please visit ups.com to start a claim. 

 

Any delivery issues theft, mishandled, damaged, should be handled by contacting the carrier your tracking number corresponds with.  If you need additional insurance and or require a signature upon delivery for your order please email us at info@icandynv.com with the information after your order is placed.  Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. Please read the item description carefully. Please do your diligence when ordering take your time and read the details.  Double check that your shipping address, your email, and your phone are all listed correctly.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a preventative method during the time of Covid-19, all sales are final, and no refund or exchanges are available.  Due to safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept cosmetic items back.  Please contact us directly at info@icandynv.com if you are unhappy with your order, to quickly resolve your issue. We will make every effort to resolve the matter with an amicable outcome for both parties.
